The quality policy of our company is to consolidate this reality by continuously improving the result of the work, service and attention to the requirements of our customers.
To achieve the aforementioned objectives, MECYPLASTEC S.L. establishes a Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 2001:2015 standard and how many legal and regulatory requirements correspond to us for our activity.
This Management controls and confirms all this documentation and notifies all the personnel of the obligation to follow all the instructions that derive from this process, in order to reach the highest quality guarantee that we can offer. It also invites all staff to participate, to achieve a CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT and full identification with this quality policy.
Although the coordination and execution of the necessary actions for quality management is delegated to the Quality Manager, the ultimate responsibility for obtaining it falls on all of us, since the PARTICIPATION OF ALL PERSONNEL is essential. For all this, Management guarantees the human, technical and financial means necessary to achieve the quality demanded by our clients.
